Hot buttered rum

7.5gms Salted butter
35ml Goa dark

Hot Water

 

Soften butter in your chosen glass.
Add goa dark.

Mix well Top with warm water.

 

Warm the drink in a microwave

Glass : Cutting chai/shot glass

ABYSSINI

Goa dark 75 Ml
Cold brew 30 ml
Orange bitters 1 dash, 5 drops

Method : Stir with ice
Throw away ice.
Pour in coupe.

Garnish : Orange zest
Glass : coupe

TAMASSINI

Goa dark 60 ml
Tamarind pulp 20 ml
Lime juice 10 ml

 

Shake with ice in a shaker
